About the job

You are responsible for the secure, stable and future-oriented operation of the Microsoft 365 workplace platform. In doing so, you support and further develop both the collaboration services and the identity and security solutions. You ensure that collaboration, authentication, access management and security policies are implemented efficiently, user-friendly and compliant.

This is what your job looks like:

Operation, configuration and optimisation of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and other Microsoft 365 collaboration services
Creation and maintenance of governance, compliance and security concepts for collaboration within Microsoft 365
Support with rollouts, migrations and transformation projects
Operation and further development of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Identity Governance
Management and monitoring of security baselines, policies and compliance settings
Analysis of security alerts as well as definition and implementation of appropriate security measures

What you should bring:

Completed IT training at HF/FH level or comparable professional experience
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online
Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and Identity Governance
Experience with Microsoft security solutions such as Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview is an advantage
Strong customer and service orientation as well as high security and responsibility awareness
Confident communication in German and English as well as the ability to advise customers and departments additionally in French
