In this role, you will shape AEW's digital service offering and open up new business opportunities in the energy sector. You are responsible for the development and further development of digital products, services and platforms and advance new offerings from idea to launch. Together with your team, the specialist departments and external partners, you connect customer needs with technological possibilities and economically viable solutions.

• Responsibility for the development of new digital business models, products or services from idea through conception and validation to launch
• Evaluation and prioritisation of new product and service ideas in terms of customer benefit, economic viability and feasibility
• Responsibility for the implementation and further development of AEW's digital platforms as well as the management of the digital product and service portfolio within AEW's strategic guidelines
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as IT, data and other relevant stakeholders in the development and implementation of digital solutions
• Building and further developing a partner network on the development and market side
• Monitoring relevant market, customer and technology trends and deriving concrete impulses for the further development of existing and new digital products and services
• Leadership and further development of the Digital Products & Services team

• Completed higher vocational training or university degree in business, business informatics, engineering or a comparable field
• Further training in the areas of digitalisation, product management, innovation or business administration is an advantage
• Several years of practical experience in the development and introduction of digital products, services or platform solutions
• Experience in digital product and portfolio management
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary projects or working groups
• Customer-centred and analytically strong personality who thinks in networks, brings together different interests and drives topics forward in a structured manner with initiative
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; good English skills are an advantage
