Logistics Process Manager: Control Centre, Goods Receipt & Empty Containers 100%

About the job

• You take over the leadership of the 9-member team and ensure a smooth logistics process at the site.
• In the control centre, you are the central interface between transport scheduling and the warehouse, monitor logistics processes and ensure efficient information flow.
• You communicate actively with internal and external interfaces and ensure that all parties are correctly and promptly informed at all times.
• In addition, you provide administrative support, maintain master data in the logistics systems and process relevant documents for flawless logistics handling. 
• If necessary, you also lend a hand in the cold store – whether in picking, loading, goods receipt or empty containers.

• You have completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ and already have leadership experience; ideally complemented by further training as a logistics specialist with a federal diploma. 
• A strong understanding of processes, quick recognition of connections and solution-oriented thinking are among your strengths. 
• You present yourself confidently and convince with a healthy assertiveness.
• You remain calm, resilient and flexible even in hectic situations – especially during seasonal fluctuations in daily business.
• You have very good oral and written German skills; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Very good MS Office skills as well as experience with logistics IT systems complete your profile.
