Early Childhood Educator

On behalf of a partner company based in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a

Your responsibilities

Support a group of children (0-4 years) in their physical, emotional and social development, respecting their individual pace
Design and lead educational activities suited to the needs and age of the children
Provide daily care (meals, hygiene, sleep) in a safe and warm environment
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and participate in team meetings
Establish a trusting relationship with families and ensure regular communication
Ensure compliance with current safety and hygiene standards

Your profile

Higher education diploma in early childhood education or an equivalent qualification is mandatory (ASE profiles do not correspond to this position)
Experience in early childhood care settings preferred
Observational skills, patience and educational creativity
Excellent interpersonal skills with children and families
Team spirit and adaptability
Good command of French (minimum level C1); German is an asset
