Founded in 1985, RLJ. Consulting Engineers Ltd currently has around fifteen employees. The office is active in the main fields of civil engineering, notably load-bearing structures in concrete, wood and metal, municipal infrastructure and networks, drinking water supply, civil engineering structures, as well as industrial, commercial and residential buildings.

RLJ supports its clients from design to completion, also ensuring project management and the technical and financial management of operations.

Current mandates and future prospects lead us to seek:

Secretary (m/f) 50-70%

Workplace: Penthalaz (300 m from the train station) / parking space available.

Start date: From 21 September 2026 or by agreement

Main tasks:Participation in the administrative management of the office

Secretarial duties, answering phones, emails, letters.

Welcoming clients

Invoicing and entering accounting records

Executive assistance

Participation in drafting offers and preparing tender documents

Entering bids, comparative tables

Your profile Dynamic, autonomous personality, with a good sense of initiative and responsibility.

Methodical, organised, precise and rigorous

Good oral and written skills in French

Motivation: Sociable, you are able to work in a multidisciplinary team.

You have ease in human contacts and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Training: Holder of a commercial training with CFC,

Proficient in the WINBIZ programme.

Language: Mother tongue: French
