What you can achieve with us
- Strategic financial management & business partnering: You develop the financial control instruments of AMAG Corporate Services AG further, create transparency for well-founded management decisions, and advise executives as a competent sparring partner with data-based recommendations for action
- Reporting, planning & management reporting: You are responsible for medium-term planning, budgeting, forecasts as well as target-actual analyses/ad hoc analyses and prepare data and presentations for the management and the board of directors in close coordination with the CFO of AMAG Corporate Services
- Project controlling & performance management: You ensure transparency over projects and support financial management in an agile environment (SAFe)
- Systems, data management & digitalisation: You further develop Power BI, reporting, and SAP solutions, ensure high data quality, and actively drive digitalisation and optimisation of processes
- Leadership & further development: You lead a small team of specialists and proactively shape the continuous development of controlling
What you bring with you
- Education & experience: Completed studies (FH/University) in business administration or comparable, with at least 5 years of experience in controlling as well as finance and accounting
- Linguistic competence: Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Technology & IT affinity: You are open to new technologies and working methods and bring a very high IT affinity
- System knowledge: Very good knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, SD), Excel, Power BI (Designer), and common office programmes
- Analytical thinking & initiative: You work very structured, think analytically, and actively contribute to projects and process improvements
