Network Operations Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000With more than twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry, this ROCKEN partner has achieved significant success and steady growth, expanding its global customer base year after year. Our ROCKEN partner offers all services required for setting up international roaming between two mobile network operators.
Responsibilities:
You support international mobile customers in the use of IPX and roaming services.
In this role, you handle customer inquiries regarding faults, performance analyses, and reports.
You test and document new customer services carefully and systematically.
As a network operations engineer, you monitor global networks such as SS7, Diameter, and GRX as well as central system components.
You ensure operational stability through continuous monitoring of the service infrastructure.
In emergencies, you take on on-call duties for rapid fault resolution in 24/7 operations.
Qualifications:
- Completed technical training in telecommunications with solid knowledge of mobile networks.
- Familiarity with SS7, Diameter, GTP, DNS, and roaming technologies.
- You possess strong communication skills and a confident sense for multicultural environments.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
- You demonstrate team spirit and are willing to undertake on-call duties.
- Your working style is responsible, resilient, and characterised by a high level of commitment.
