Tasks

Skills
- Fluent in Swiss German, French, and/or Italian; English is a plus.

- You take customer inquiries, orders, and complaints by phone and convince with your competence and cleverness
- You process written inquiries and emails from customers flawlessly
- Support and advice
- You manage attractive customer mandates and continuously expand your expertise in customer service
- People who need support or are dissatisfied will become enthusiastic customers with your help
- The enthusiasm of our customers rewards you for your commitment
- You understand Swiss German
- You master French and/or Italian in spoken and written form (B2 - C1 level minimum)
- English is welcome (spoken and written)
- You enjoy dealing with customers
- You like working in a lively team
- In the medium term, you want to take on more responsibility
- Good PC skills are a requirement
- You are looking for a hybrid working model where you can mostly work from home
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment
