About the job
The pulmonary medicine and rehabilitation unit is a unit composed of 10 general medicine beds for acute care and 9 specialised rehabilitation beds dedicated to the care of patients with chronic respiratory disease.
Head Nurse of Unit at 80-100%
Your missions
- Lead and supervise a team composed of around thirty collaborators
- Manage a unit composed of beds dedicated to pulmonary rehabilitation and medicine with the specificities of each discipline
- Ensure efficient patient care and guarantee the quality of care, in line with the institution's care values
- Organise the unit optimally in collaboration with various internal and external partners
Your profile
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
- Authorisation to practise a health profession in the canton of Neuchâtel
- Management certificate or equivalent qualification, an advantage
- Team management experience, a plus
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in an acute care unit
- Knowledge of the various services related to pulmonary rehabilitation and medicine
- Interest and aptitude for team management
- Knowledge of the cantonal health network
