The pulmonary medicine and rehabilitation unit is a unit composed of 10 general medicine beds for acute care and 9 specialised rehabilitation beds dedicated to the care of patients with chronic respiratory disease.

Your missions

• Lead and supervise a team composed of around thirty collaborators
• Manage a unit composed of beds dedicated to pulmonary rehabilitation and medicine with the specificities of each discipline
• Ensure efficient patient care and guarantee the quality of care, in line with the institution's care values
• Organise the unit optimally in collaboration with various internal and external partners

Your profile

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• Authorisation to practise a health profession in the canton of Neuchâtel
• Management certificate or equivalent qualification, an advantage
• Team management experience, a plus
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in an acute care unit
• Knowledge of the various services related to pulmonary rehabilitation and medicine
• Interest and aptitude for team management
• Knowledge of the cantonal health network
