What is my role?

• Leading a team of 8 employees plus 4 apprentices

• Organising the setup operations and sampling

• Optimising injection moulding processes for better quality and efficiency

• Introducing new tools and machines

• Promoting and further developing your employees

• Collaborating with production, planning and other departments

• Setting up injection moulding machines

What do I need to be successful?

• Training as a plastics technologist with further education (higher vocational school)

• Several years of experience in plastic injection moulding

• Know-how in process optimisation

• Leadership experience

• Solution-oriented and responsible working style

• Quality awareness and interest in new technologies
