Team Leader Housing (80% workload)
These are your tasks:
- Leading a residential group team for clients with a focus on the autism spectrum and sensory impairments
- Ensuring resource-oriented support for clients in their daily lives
- Participation in daily care and support
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and networking with other areas within the institution, with relatives, legal guardians, doctors, and external offices
- Maintaining client documentation
What you bring with you:
- Degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH or specialist caregiver (FaBe) specializing in disability care or health specialist (FaGe) or nursing specialist
- Several years of leadership experience with leadership training or willingness to complete such training and professional experience in supporting and caring for people
- Observational skills and joy in appreciative support of people
- Reliability, high resilience, and balanced personality
- Willingness to work irregular hours
