You will take responsibility for finance and controlling across several business areas, lead employees, and work closely with senior management. - Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Leadership and professional support of the accounting team
- Development of budgets and financial analyses for senior management
- Optimisation of existing financial processes and control systems
- Several years of experience in finance, controlling, or fiduciary services necessary
- Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail are prerequisites
- Very good Excel skills, ideally also ERP system experience
- Leadership experience and high resilience for a responsible position
- Short decision-making paths in a dynamic SME environment
- Diverse range of tasks with high personal responsibility
- Development opportunities across the entire finance and controlling area
- Collaboration with motivated colleagues

Profile
- Further training in finance and accounting or fiduciary services required- Several years of experience in finance, controlling, or fiduciary services necessary
