Property Manager - Basel (m/f/d)

Role:
Our partner is one of the leading Swiss retail and convenience groups with a dense network of sales outlets. To strengthen the real estate team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a precise, numbers-oriented person with practical experience in tenancy. In this central key role, you will manage a dynamic rental portfolio, be responsible for turnover cost accounting and monthly closings, participate in budgets and act as a reliable contact person for landlords and internal interfaces.

Responsibilities:
In your central specialist role you manage the administration and management of the rental portfolio including contract adjustments (TradeNet, SOX compliance).
You are responsible for the preparation of turnover cost accounting and monthly closings (rent, options, terminations).
You provide active support in budgeting and year-end closing tasks.
You prepare well-founded reportings and statistics for sales outlets and management.
You act as a central contact person for landlords, sales and external partners.
You take on the review of rental contracts regarding tenancy law and system automation.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed commercial training with professional experience in tenancy / real estate.
Very good user knowledge of MS Office and strong affinity for numbers.
Precise, independent and structured working style in a lively environment.
Negotiation-level German skills; French or Italian skills as well as retail experience are an advantage.
