The Industrial Services of the City of Morges, historical players in the distribution of water and gas, are committed to the energy transition. To complete their operations team, the Infrastructure and Urban Environment Directorate is looking to fill the position of:
Team Leader at Industrial Services 100%
Main tasks:
- assist the operations manager in organizing and monitoring construction sites
- participate in the maintenance and extension of supply networks, drinking water distribution, grey water, and natural gas
- supervise, motivate, and organize the work of a team of 5 employees, while being involved on site
- attend construction meetings and supervise contracted companies
- ensure on-call service.
We are looking for:
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a sanitary installer or equivalent training with several years of experience in the field
- proven experience in team leadership and motivation
- mastery of pipe laying in trenches and safety rules related to gas
- PE welding license or willingness to undergo training
- initiative and willingness to develop knowledge in the field of thermal networks
- solution-oriented with effective and pragmatic approach.
