Your Tasks
Together with the HR Services team (6 employees), you ensure the correct payroll processing for around 2,000 employees. You independently carry out the monthly payment and accounting runs, including control and changes for the locations assigned to you, with which you maintain a trusting and close collaboration.
You are jointly responsible for the comprehensive handling of topics related to payroll, HR administration, and you process social insurance cases. You advise employees and managers on questions related to payroll and time management. You also actively participate in system maintenance and the further development of payroll and time management processes.
We are set to harmonize the payroll systems and employment conditions (including pension fund) of Domicil and Spitex. If you have (project) experience in this area, that adds to your profile.
