We are looking by arrangement to complete our HR department for an HR Specialist (including Payroll) 50 - 80% with extensive professional experience and profound know-how in personnel management including payroll.
Job Description
- Professional responsibility in the team for the entire HR area (without managerial responsibility)
- Operational handling of the entire payroll process for about 100 employees
- Contact point for employees, managers, authorities, and offices in all HR, payroll, and insurance matters
- Management and execution of the recruitment and onboarding process
- Administration of entries and exits as well as master data maintenance
- Ensuring seamless administration of social insurances including pension fund
- Monitoring of time and absence management
- Account reconciliation and close cooperation with financial accounting as well as issuing annual salary certificates
- Development and promotion of talent management and employee training
- Responsibility for annual settlements (internal and external)
- Support and assistance for commercial apprentices
- Building and further development of professional HR controlling
- Creation and evaluation of HR key figures, reports, and statistics
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training with corresponding further education in personnel management or a business degree with a focus on HR
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in retail or corporate environment
- High service orientation, reliability, and discretion
- Very good German skills as well as French and English skills
- Independent, precise, and structured working style with a strong understanding of numbers
- Team spirit, personal responsibility, and solution-oriented thinking
- High resilience, flexibility, and motivation for further development
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
