Your team
Operations ensure the secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure that all activities comply with regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern and robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable and high-quality services for wealth management, asset management, and real estate.
The Transaction Processing service manages the execution and monitoring of the Group's financial operations. It handles securities transfers, cash movements, payments, and transactions on financial instruments.
The Production Support team is the entry point and primary contact for client Business Lines, operational teams, project managers, and IT teams. It plays a central role in coordination, business testing, change management, and documentation of flows and processes.
The ability to promote continuous process improvement and customer service quality are values upheld by the team.
Production Support acts as a true communication and collaboration hub, fostering information sharing, mutual assistance, and collective skill development.
Your role
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple teams (operational, IT, business), organise and lead follow-up meetings, ensure clear and effective communication.
• Identify, in collaboration with operational teams, areas for process improvement and initiate projects to optimise efficiency and reduce operational risks for the Transaction Processing teams.
• Actively participate in analysis, business testing, and change management during the implementation of new processes.
• Within projects, ensure that business flows and processes are documented, procedures are updated, and training materials are maintained.
• Perform recurring second-level controls
• Manage onboarding of new clients from our PAM and PAS Business Lines at the custodian bank level
• Encourage cooperation and knowledge sharing by engaging key stakeholders to develop concrete and efficient solutions.
Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, information systems, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in the banking sector, ideally in coordination or project management.
• Excellent knowledge of custodian bank operational activities and flows.
• Skills in project management, business analysis, testing, and change management.
• Proficiency in Avaloq and financial tools (an advantage).
• Perfect command of French and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with MS Office IT tools; comfortable with AI tools; knowledge of Jira, Sharepoint, Wiki, Python, WBA Excel.
• Team spirit, communication skills, a liking for documentation, and the ability to mobilise the right people.
• Residence in Switzerland required.
