Deputy Production Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Assisting in the management of production as well as supporting an economical, efficient, timely and high-quality manufacturing process

• Technical management of the production area "Equipment" with around 50 employees

• In the absence of the production manager, you take over the leadership of a team of around 100 people and lead six directly subordinate managers

• Supporting the further development and promotion of personnel in your area

• You foster an environment in which your team actively and committedly takes responsibility

• Monitoring production key figures and deriving measures to increase occupational safety, quality and efficiency

• You ensure compliance with production-relevant pharmaceutical standards, occupational safety and GMP requirements and support audits

• You assist in reducing customer complaints

What do I need to be successful?

• You bring several years of experience in controlling, ideally in the area of business finance or in an industrial environment

• A completed degree in business administration, finance and accounting or a comparable commercial education with corresponding further training forms your professional basis

• You have sound knowledge in financial planning, reporting as well as in the analysis of business figures and key figures

• Experience with modern ERP systems and BI tools is part of your profile

• Your analytical and structured way of working enables you to understand complex issues and develop meaningful decision-making bases

• You are a strong communicator who understands how to prepare figures and facts clearly and work constructively with various departments

• Initiative, reliability and a solution-oriented mindset characterise you

• Good English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
