About the job
What is my role?
Assisting in the management of production as well as supporting an economical, efficient, timely and high-quality manufacturing process
Technical management of the production area "Equipment" with around 50 employees
In the absence of the production manager, you take over the leadership of a team of around 100 people and lead six directly subordinate managers
Supporting the further development and promotion of personnel in your area
You foster an environment in which your team actively and committedly takes responsibility
Monitoring production key figures and deriving measures to increase occupational safety, quality and efficiency
You ensure compliance with production-relevant pharmaceutical standards, occupational safety and GMP requirements and support audits
You assist in reducing customer complaints
What do I need to be successful?
You bring several years of experience in controlling, ideally in the area of business finance or in an industrial environment
A completed degree in business administration, finance and accounting or a comparable commercial education with corresponding further training forms your professional basis
You have sound knowledge in financial planning, reporting as well as in the analysis of business figures and key figures
Experience with modern ERP systems and BI tools is part of your profile
Your analytical and structured way of working enables you to understand complex issues and develop meaningful decision-making bases
You are a strong communicator who understands how to prepare figures and facts clearly and work constructively with various departments
Initiative, reliability and a solution-oriented mindset characterise you
Good English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
