Mandated by a renowned university hospital centre, we are looking for a
Educator (ES or HES)
for temporary assignments within various specialised mental health units (adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and support for people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)).
We are seeking professionals ideally with experience in psychiatric settings and/or in supporting people with complex needs, capable of quickly integrating into multidisciplinary teams and providing educational support tailored to each situation.

Job Description
- Work closely with existing teams to provide appropriate support to the individuals concerned
- Develop and implement educational and social projects aimed at promoting autonomy, personal development, and the well-being of individuals
- Ensure regular monitoring of progress and difficulties encountered by the supported individuals, maintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary teams

Profile Sought
- Educator diploma ES or HES or equivalent qualification with SEFRI recognition required for foreign qualifications.
- Significant prior experience in educational support for people with autism spectrum disorder, psychiatric patients, or children/adolescents in difficulty.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently.
- Patience, kindness, empathy, and observational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
