About the job
Your new role
Due to a personnel shortage, we are looking for a competent and committed individual for the school office. Look forward to a varied and responsible activity in a lively school environment. In this role, you will take on a variety of administrative and organizational tasks. These include, in particular, the electronic management of student data, the management of school accounting, the maintenance of the school homepage, as well as handling general correspondence. You will work closely with the school management and support them in organizational tasks as well as in various projects. With your careful and service-oriented way of working, you will contribute significantly to a smooth school operation.
This position is for you if
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
- You have professional experience in the field of administration, preferably in public administration
- You have proficient Office skills and are experienced with current communication channels
- You enjoy learning new applications, knowledge of the school software Pupil is an advantage
- You have a good understanding of numbers and basic accounting knowledge
- You are articulate in written and spoken expression
- You enjoy working independently
