Your missions
Ensure the maintenance and development of the HEG-FR's international AACSB accreditation by managing continuous improvement processes, compliance with standards, and institutional coordination.
- Manage and monitor the AACSB accreditation and reaccreditation process
- Coordinate the preparation of reports, indicators, and documents required for AACSB evaluations
- Supervise compliance with faculty qualification and faculty sufficiency requirements
- Manage the Assurance of Learning (AoL) system and ensure implementation of continuous improvement measures
- Lead and coordinate contributions from various internal stakeholders involved in accreditation
- Monitor AACSB standards, provide recommendations to management, and lead necessary improvement actions
- Represent HEG-FR with AACSB International and develop relationships with professional networks related to international accreditations
Desired profile
- Master’s degree in management, quality, administration or equivalent training
- Proven experience in independently managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience in AACSB and/or Business School accreditation is a major asset
- High autonomy and ability to independently manage a strategic project
- Natural leadership, ability to unite teams and gain support from various institutional actors
- Strong organisational, planning skills and respect for deadlines
- Analytical mindset and ability to identify risks, priorities and improvement opportunities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programmes, ideally Academ, and willingness to train on new IT systems
- Fluency in French and English with good knowledge of German
