Support for Directorate: You support the directorate in the implementation of exhibitions as well as art projects and their communication in various media and formats. In addition, you contribute, among other things, to the preparation of project dossiers for third-party funding acquisition and assist with tasks related to new acquisitions for the collection, correspondence with partners, and future exhibition projects.
Exhibition Management: You are involved in the planning, preparation, and accompaniment of exhibitions and assist with the organization of setup and dismantling as well as reporting. Furthermore, you contribute to the creation of accompanying publications and exhibition catalogs.
Administrative Tasks and Database Maintenance: You support the team with administrative and editorial tasks as well as scientific research on artists and art historical topics. In addition, you are responsible for the correct entries and maintenance of the internal databases.
Experience: Ideally, you have already worked in a museum environment. You have very good IT skills, and experience with museum databases (e.g., MuseumPlus) is an advantage.
Personality: Efficient, precise, and structured work is a matter of course for you. A quick grasp, independence, resilience, flexibility, high commitment, and teamwork complete your profile.
Education: You have completed your university studies in art history (Master's) or a comparable course of study.
Language: You have excellent communication skills and very good German and English skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
