Your tasks

• You accompany, care for and support employees in the second labour market in their working day
• You actively work in the cleaning area and organise as well as carry out various tasks
• You promote the individual skills, resources and independence of the employees
• You give constructive feedback and support the employees in their personal and professional development
• You ensure reliable and high-quality execution of the assigned tasks
• You work closely with the team and the responsible specialists
• You support other work areas such as logistics, caretaking and courier service if required

Your profile

• You have practical skills and enjoy cleaning work
• You hold a category B driving licence
• You enjoy working with people and treat them with appreciation, patience and respect
• Ideally, you have experience in the social, pedagogical or care sector
• You work reliably, independently and responsibly
• You are a team player and enjoy a varied working day
• You can adapt to different people and situations and keep an overview even in demanding situations
