You are a Health Assistant and wish to practise your profession with flexibility while joining teams recognised for the quality of their services?

Samsic Emploi is recruiting Health Assistants (M/F) for temporary assignments with its key partners in home care in the Lausanne region.

Your mission

Within multidisciplinary teams, you support beneficiaries at their homes to ensure their comfort, safety, and maintenance of their autonomy.

As such, you will be required to:

• Perform hygiene and comfort care.
• Support beneficiaries in daily living activities.
• Contribute to maintaining their autonomy and quality of life.
• Observe the general condition of patients and relay information to the care team.
• Respect care protocols as well as hygiene and safety rules.

Your profile

• CRS 120h Health Assistant Certificate or equivalent recognised diploma.
• Previous experience in home care is a real asset.
• You demonstrate empathy, kindness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are autonomous, organised, and appreciate teamwork.
• Driving licence and personal vehicle are a plus for travel between homes.
