Job Description
You are the connecting element between the client companies and the applicants in the sectors you manage. With your likeable manner and commitment, you convince both client companies and candidates and bring them together.- Targeted recruitment of skilled personnel and operational staff via various channels, mainly in the industry & food sector - you identify suitable candidates and match the right talents with the right companies.
- Independent conduct of interviews and reliable support throughout the entire selection process - structured, transparent and professional.
- Active acquisition of new clients as well as continuous expansion of your sector portfolio - you maintain existing relationships and build new partnerships with commitment.
- Coordination and organisation between clients and employees, including all administrative tasks, to ensure processes run cleanly, efficiently and smoothly.
We expect
- Preferably a commercial or industrial background with initial sales experience
- Driving licence category B
- Ability to adapt to different interlocutors and the desire to continually surprise people positively
- Rooted in the St. Gallen region
