Introduction

ACG Partner SA is seeking a Risk Consultant – Team Leader – Property and Liability Insurance for Corporate Clients to strengthen its team.

In this responsible role, you will support a corporate clientele in identifying, analysing, and covering risks related to property insurance and liability insurance. You will also lead a team and actively contribute to the development of our consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of consultants specialised in Property and Liability Insurance for Corporate Clients.
• Analyse the risks of corporate clients and propose insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
• Advise clients on the design, implementation, and optimisation of their insurance programmes.
• Evaluate existing coverages, identify gaps, and provide concrete recommendations.
• Prepare and conduct tenders, negotiations, and renewals with insurers.
• Manage relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other partners.
• Supervise the quality of deliverables, analyses, and the team’s administrative follow-up.
• Participate in business development and client retention for corporate clients.
• Monitor the evolution of the Swiss insurance market, regulations, and risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Higher education in insurance, risk management, economics, law, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in corporate insurance consulting, ideally in Property and Liability insurance.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership or managing complex projects.
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss insurance market and corporate client needs.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Autonomy, initiative, leadership, and decision-making ability.
• Fluency in French; good knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage.
• Good command of common IT tools.
