Your tasks
- Lead a team of 12 employees both professionally and personally
- Ensure services for intelligent metering systems (Smart Meters) and mobile readings
- Responsible for the accurate recording of consumption data for downstream energy and water billing systems
- Ensure the digitization of work tools and processes
- Support employees in the digital transformation
This is what sets you apart
- Completed education at the level of a university of applied sciences (FH), higher technical school (HF), or comparable qualification
- Leadership experience in a comparable environment is desirable
- Team-oriented and engaging personality with a cooperative leadership style
- Good communication skills, pronounced personnel management competence, as well as consensus and team ability - networked and conceptual thinking
- Independent and responsible working style
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP applications
