The JMS Group is an independent family business in its 4th generation. As a regionally well-known company in the building materials, transport, and disposal sectors, as well as holding a strong market position in the German-speaking part of Switzerland in the field of civil and specialised civil engineering, we are seeking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement with a committed Ship Captain (m/f/d) for Ledi Ships and/or Passenger Ships 50 - 100%.

Your tasks

• Safe operation of Ledi and/or passenger ships on Lake Zurich
• Responsibility for ship operations, including crew, passengers, and cargo
• Carrying out maintenance work, regular tests and inspections, as well as technical cleaning of the ships
• Assisting with the loading process at the gravel plant and independently unloading using a pneumatic excavator
• Customer-oriented care of our guests on the passenger ship

Your profile

• Ship captain licences Cat. C, B2-1 or willingness to obtain these
• Good written and spoken German skills
• High level of responsibility, commitment, and technical understanding
• Independent, reliable, and flexible working style with organisational skills
