In our day centre, the needs and well-being of our guests are at the centre. In the rural location of Balsthal, we offer older people a place where they feel comfortable, experience community and can shape their everyday life actively and independently.

Your tasks
- Planning and implementation of varied activation offers
- Promotion and maintenance of the physical, mental and social resources of our guests
- Design of creative, cultural and everyday activities
- Participation in events and special occasions
- Individual support and assistance for our guests
- Contribution of your own ideas and further development of our activation offers
- Collaboration with the day centre team and other professionals
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the field of activation
- At least two years of professional experience, ideally in the care and support of older people
- Joy and commitment in dealing with senior ladies and gentlemen
- Empathy, patience and an appreciative attitude
- Creativity, zest for life and enjoyment in motivating people
- Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Team spirit and an open, communicative personality
