Description
We are looking for our engineering office in Fribourg, Route de Beaumont 20, in HVAC:
HVAC Project Manager (M/F)
Your profile:
Basic technical training in heating-ventilation-air conditioning and energy management, complemented by higher education (HES/ES Engineer, federal certificate/diploma or equivalent training).
Experience in project management and knowledge of the economic fabric.
Communication skills, collaborative spirit, and mutual assistance.
Ability to adapt in a young team, flexible, autonomous.
Experience in the energy sector of the canton of Vaud and/or the canton of Geneva.
Motivation and willingness to invest in the profession.
Your function:
Design, development, and supervision of large-scale projects in various areas related to HVAC for public and private clients, as well as for small projects,
Technical and financial monitoring of projects under your responsibility,
Taking charge and distributing work to a small team of technicians and planners,
Establishment of thermal balance and Minergie files,
Coordination of work with companies,
Advice to project owners and architects on solutions to apply,
Technological monitoring,
Knowledge of Autocad
5 to 10 years of experience
Revit as a BIM manager, a plus
