Tasks
As a class teacher, you work together with a motivated team that you lead pedagogically. You plan age-appropriate lessons according to Curriculum 21 and conduct them jointly with the team. As a basis, you create individual educational and support plans. You take on nursing and medical measures as well as key person and coordination tasks. Constructive contact with the guardians and external specialist agencies is important to you and you maintain this proactively. In addition, you prepare reports, attend meetings and engage in working groups. You also organise school events such as school trips or project weeks and carry them out with the team.
Requirements
You have school experience in supporting children and adolescents with multiple disabilities and ideally also with children on the autism spectrum. You adapt your communication individually to the abilities of the pupils. Ideally, you hold a diploma in school special education or are studying for one. A primary teaching certificate, a Bachelor in Primary Education or a Bachelor in Special and Social Education is also a good prerequisite for the position. With your constructive manner and positive attitude, you contribute greatly to a good team atmosphere.
We Offer
In your role, you take on a lot of responsibility and receive the corresponding scope for design. Our culture is characterised by appreciation and openness. We maintain a family-like atmosphere, support each other and develop together. Our employment conditions, based on cantonal framework conditions, are attractive. The salary is aligned with the cantonal teacher employment law LAG.
