For the apprenticeship start in August 2027, we are looking for a motivated, open and committed individual who wants to complete their three-year training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) with us.

• You will learn to professionally care for and support our clients in their familiar home environment.
• You assist people with personal hygiene, mobilisation and everyday activities.
• You will learn to carry out nursing and medical-technical tasks under professional guidance.
• You observe the health status of our clients and learn to correctly assess changes.
• You document your activities and gain exciting insights into care planning.
• You work with experienced nursing professionals and learn something new every day.
• You develop your independence and take on more responsibility as you gain experience.

• Completed compulsory schooling by the start of the apprenticeship
• Enjoyment in working with people and interest in healthcare
• An open, warm and empathetic personality
• Sense of responsibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
• Motivation to learn new things and develop personally
• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Enjoyment of varied tasks and contact with different people
