Automation Technician (Maintenance)

• Ensure trouble-free operation of fully automated production systems
• Sustainable analysis and resolution of technical faults in the production environment
• Implementation of optimisation measures to improve systems, processes, and products
• Further development of maintenance and production processes to increase system availability
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of technical projects with management of sub-projects

• Completed technical basic training as an Automation Technician EFZ, Polymechanic EFZ, or an equivalent qualification
• Technical further education at HF level in mechanical engineering, systems technology, electrical engineering, or automation, or ongoing training in these areas
• Practical experience in an industrial production environment is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of automation, maintenance, and production processes
• Independent and structured working style as well as analytical thinking skills

• Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths in a family-like environment
• Committed collaboration with appreciative interaction
