For our outdoor work areas we are looking for a
Team Leader Garden Service
(100% workload)
from January 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Together with the specialists, you lead two groups with 6-7 protected workplaces each regarding their activities in customer gardens as well as the maintenance of the castle grounds.
Your main tasks:
Responsibility and management of the garden service work area. You are primarily responsible for the attractiveness and high quality of our services
Practical and agogical support of our employees with support needs
Organizational and planning tasks (including offers) as well as management of the agogical staff
Productive work in the garden service
Your profile:
Completed vocational training as a landscape gardener EFZ or equivalent training.
Agogical training or willingness for agogical further education
Driver's license category B including trailer
Resilience, flexibility, assertiveness as well as enjoyment of teamwork
Motivated, committed and independent person with a flair for organizational, planning and
administrative tasks and good IT user skills, especially MS Office
