Key tasks:
- Updating raw material specifications
- Hygiene audits and internal audits
- Monitoring control plans
- Verification of production records
- Internal training (hygiene, control)
- Active participation in HACCP
- Drafting and monitoring client specifications
- Proofreading packaging texts
- Quality administrative work (archiving, documentation)
- Food technology engineer, proven experience in a similar role
- Proficient with the Office suite; SAP is an advantage
- Fluent English; German is a plus
- Ability to manage a large volume of information
- Flexible, committed, responsive, stress-resistant
- Important asset: residence in the Nord Vaudois or within 30 minutes of Yverdon-les-Bains
