Employee Grinding Watchmaking

We are looking for our client for a:

Your tasks:

• Grinding, processing and bonding of sapphire and ceramic components
• Operational processing and manufacture of watch cases
• Acquire skills for the manufacture of watch models
• Carrying out quality control
• Maintenance of machines
• Training by a long-standing employee and, if suitable, possible takeover of their position

Desired profile:

• Technical basic training or several years of experience in the processing of sapphire and ceramic
• Strong understanding of precision work (grinding, polishing)
• Creativity for new case shapes, cuts and technical contexts
• Very high independence
• High competence in grinding and case shaping
• Good communication skills in German and French
