In this key role within the extended management circle, you shape the future of our global procurement organisation. Reporting directly to the Group COO, you develop procurement as a strategic value driver together with your team, strengthen international supplier partnerships and promote efficiency, innovation and sustainability along the entire supply chain.

• Development and implementation of the global procurement, supplier and sourcing strategy.
• Leadership and further development of the group-wide purchasing organisation as well as professional management of the purchasing managers in the subsidiaries.
• Building strategic supplier partnerships as well as leading demanding contract and price negotiations at an international level.
• Ensuring supply security, cost optimisation, risk management as well as compliance and sustainability requirements along the supply chain.
• Driving digitalisation, standardisation and performance improvement within procurement processes.

• You combine strategic strength with implementation and leadership skills and have experience in an international industrial environment.
• University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management or comparable qualification.
• Several years of successful leadership experience in a senior purchasing role in an industrial company.
• Proven expertise in strategic purchasing, supplier management and international contract negotiations.
• Experience in the further development of organisations, processes and structures as well as in change management.
• Fluent German and English skills as well as pronounced entrepreneurial thinking.
