Employee Process Management and Quality Development

Are you a person passionate about processes and have knowledge of healthcare?

Then actively help us model, optimise and continuously improve our quality at Zollikerberg Hospital.

If you also want to make a difference in people’s lives, these are your tasks:

• Recording, analysing and documenting processes in all clinical and administrative areas of the hospital
• Modelling and further developing processes to sustainably secure and continuously improve process quality
• Active participation in process optimisations as well as the further development of existing procedures and standards
• Organisation and dispatch of patient satisfaction surveys and support in evaluating the results
• Co-supervision and further development of the document and process management system
• Support with administrative tasks and participation in cantonal and national quality measurements and quality projects

Become part of the Process Management and Quality Development department, which reports directly to the hospital management and is an important driver in the further development of quality management. We coordinate cross-departmental processes and thus ensure smooth workflows between clinics and departments. In addition, teams with central tasks are assigned to this area: social counselling, bed and operating theatre disposition, hospital hygiene, pharmacy and purchasing.

This is how you convince us:

• Completed training in commercial or clinical fields
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is a prerequisite for this role
• Confident use of MS Office and digital applications in everyday work; knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Structured, independent and efficient working style
• Professional and friendly demeanour as well as confident communication in German, both spoken and written
