To meet this requirement, we are looking for a Customer Support person who will embody these values and support our clients with commitment and kindness, particularly within the agencies of Moudon and Lucens.

The various tasks awaiting you:

• Support our agency advisors and brokers both in contract management and follow-up
• Open claims in all branches (except personal insurance) as well as handle motor vehicle and property agency claims according to agency competencies
• Inform clients (counter, correspondence, telephone, and accounting)

What makes you unique:

• Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 years or a commercial employee CFC in the insurance field
• AFA certification or federal diploma is an asset
• Native French speaker
