• Management of accounting for rental properties as well as condominium ownership (including dunning)
• Preparation of VAT, heating, and ancillary cost statements as well as annual financial statements
• Opening of new mandates
• Preparation of minutes for meetings
• Payroll administration for the caretakers

Requirements

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience as sole property accountant
• Good knowledge of real estate software
• Independent, quality-oriented and reliable working style
• Open, helpful and communicative personality
• Strong numerical aptitude and quick comprehension
