Methods Technician - Delémont Region (m/f/)
Within an industrial environment, the person will be responsible for managing and structuring the technical data related to manufacturing. They will play a key role in documenting processes, maintaining the quality of technical information, and supporting production teams to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
Tasks
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop, write and update manufacturing instructions and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain technical files related to production activities.
- Define, structure and document the various stages of manufacturing processes.
- Ensure the management, monitoring and updating of technical documentation.
- Provide support to planning and production teams in managing technical data.
- Manage administrative information related to tooling, equipment and consumables.
- Guarantee the quality, consistency and integration of technical data in management IT systems (ERP).
Candidate profile
- Technical training at technician level or equivalent in an industrial, mechanical or methods and industrialisation-related field.
- Good ability to interpret plans, technical drawings and manufacturing documents.
- Experience or strong interest in industrial environments and production processes.
- Proficiency in office tools, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Comfortable using an ERP and managing technical data.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management tools (PLM/PDM) is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational, structuring and document management skills.
- Rigour, attention to detail and methodical working style.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.
- Analytical mindset to identify and correct technical inconsistencies.
- Sense of priorities and responsiveness to operational needs.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with technical and production contacts.
