For this purpose, tilia provides all services from a single source. In addition to care and support, this also includes tasks in administration, gastronomy, cleaning & housekeeping, technology, management, and other support areas. These functions are a central part of our offering and contribute significantly to the quality of life of our residents.
At tilia, we place great value on humanity, collaboration, and mutual support. We create a working environment that focuses on quality, safety, and dignity – for our residents as well as for our employees.
