The Office for Primary School and Sport (AVS) belongs to the Department of Education, Culture and Environmental Protection of the Canton of Graubünden.
The School Inspectorate is a division of the AVS. It monitors compliance with cantonal regulations and evaluates primary schools. At the same time, it advises and supports teachers, school management and school authorities.
For the district I Plessur-Mittelbünden we are looking for a secretary from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.
- Independent handling of administrative and organisational tasks
- Providing telephone information as well as arranging and coordinating appointments
- Creation and processing of correspondence
- Maintenance and care of the school database
- General office and administrative work
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Very good oral and written expression in German
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
- Careful, structured and reliable way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office, CMI knowledge is an advantage
