Job Description
- Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Assist the Food & Beverage servers at all stages of the dining experience
- Check the arrangement of service tables at the point of sale
- Know all the dishes on the menu, the garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
- Comply with service policies, procedures, and standards related to points of sale
- Adhere to all hygiene and safety policies when handling food and beverages
Qualifications
- Language proficiency: French, English – Italian would be a plus
- Good presentation
- Previous experience in service ideally
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and team environment
- Ability to focus on customer needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
