Service Desk Support Agent
Your tasks:
- Receiving support requests by phone or ticket system
- Analysis and resolution of IT faults (including software and hardware enquiries)
- Carrying out routine tasks such as software installations as well as support in managing and updating IT inventory, software licences, etc.
- Support in the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
- Installation and provision of additional workstations and relocation of existing workstations
- Creation and participation in the maintenance of ICT documentation and knowledge articles
- Continuous optimisation of support processes as well as automation of recurring tasks

- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office applications and basic network technologies
- Very good knowledge of the M365 product range, PowerShell knowledge is an advantage
