Marketing Assistant Electrical Materials and Lighting

Tasks

Handling the product range of electrical materials and lighting from procurement to the finished offer (in-store for sales outlets as well as online)
Telephone and written contact with suppliers, partners and sales outlets in German, French and English
Article master data management using SAP as well as processing of attributes in the e-shop
Supporting the team and the Purchasing Managers in administrative matters
Conducting invoice verifications
Ensuring the variety of offers and product updates within own area of responsibility as well as for our e-shop

Commercial basic training with professional experience in a similar field
Initial experience in product marketing or procurement
Flair for the electrical world, knowledge of assortments is an advantage
Independent and committed personality with a structured and reliable working style
Good oral and written language skills in German as well as good PC user skills (MS Office)
Experience with SAP systems and processes as well as knowledge of French are desirable
