About the job
The Bruggwiesen Retirement and Care Centre in Effretikon offers a home to around 167 people in their third and fourth stages of life. We accompany and support the residents with respect for their individuality, life experience, and abilities. Our modern centre and the external residential group provide space for different living arrangements and various specialised care and support services. In total, we employ around 270 staff.
To complete our night shift team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for our external residential group for an experienced
Care Assistant or Health & Social Assistant 50% - 100% (a)

In this exciting job
- You care for and support our residents during the night
- You look after our 12 residents alone at night (with rest periods)
- You are responsible for ensuring the care, support, and accompaniment of the residents
- You perform domestic tasks during the night
What you bring
- Completed training as a care assistant or health and social assistant
- Several years of professional experience
- Knowledge and experience in gerontological/geriatric care and support
- Joy and interest in working in a family-like residential group
- A respectful attitude, independence, helpfulness, and flexibility
- High sense of responsibility and commitment
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
