Application Supporter in Public Authorities (m/f/d)
Our partner is an owner-managed IT service company and has been successful for over 25 years with the full spectrum of IT solutions. Tailored to public administrations, energy suppliers and SMEs in the service sector, our partner employs around 100 staff and impresses with excellent industry and technology know-how.
Responsibilities:
- You introduce the specialist application CMI from the idea to go-live
- In this role, you advise and support customers professionally and assist them in daily operations via on-site, telephone or remote support
- You implement scripting and parameterisation with C# and Powershell
- In this role, you configure web servers (IIS) and automate web app deployments with Powershell Universal
- You coordinate and carry out release changes and service packs
- As a software consultant and supporter, you conduct customer training sessions and present the software products
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education, ideally with experience in public administration, or a completed training in the field of computer science
- You bring user knowledge in the area of CMI or see this as an advantage
- You enjoy working independently and find your way in a solution-oriented manner
- You present yourself as a team-oriented and customer-focused personality
- You communicate confidently in German
