Polymechanic CNC Long Turning Décolleteur 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent operation of the most modern CNC long turning machines (Hanwha XD16/XD20, Citizen K16, Tornos CT20/GT13, Star SB20)

• Manufacture of highly precise turned parts according to the production plan

• Quality assurance and process monitoring with autonomous corrections

• Active participation by contributing process optimisations

• Performing tool changes

• Work in alternating early/late shifts

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic technical training, ideally polymechanic / production mechanic EFZ

• Practical experience with CNC long turning machines

• Knowledge of Fanuc control and tool changes

• Confident handling of measuring and testing technology as well as reading drawings (form and positional tolerances)

• Technical understanding and solution-oriented working method

• German language skills at least B1 and ability to work in a team
