To support our concrete machine operator team, we are looking for a flexible and motivated personality who appreciates variety and is deployed as a "floater" between our various locations, starting immediately or by arrangement. Depending on the need, the place of deployment varies between our concrete plants in Unterengstringen, Affoltern am Albis, and Merenschwand.
Your Tasks-
Proper operation of the concrete plant for the production of concrete according to recipe specifications

Ensuring impeccable product quality throughout the entire production process

First point of contact for customers at the counter – you are the direct contact for all concerns

Timely ordering of concrete additives to ensure continuous production

Maintenance of the concrete and rail loading facility – you take care of the upkeep and maintenance of the plants

Assistance with various manual and technical activities on the work site

Relevant professional experience as a concrete machine operator or solid knowledge in the field of building materials is essential

Interest in technology and good technical skills

Carefulness, reliability, and teamwork ability – even in direct customer contact

Resilience and flexibility as well as the ability to work independently

MS Office knowledge is an advantage, or the willingness to acquire it

At least good German language skills (B1) are required
